One phrase which always makes me want to roll my eyes is when someone asks “How do you know you’ve met The One” and he/she is met with the answer:
“You just know”
Give.Me.A.Break! Until I meet my future husband and “just know” we are meant to be, I’m going to reserve my doubts. In the meanwhile, here are some things that I really do just know..for real:
You just know…
- You’re not a girly girl when you rather trade 10 minutes of getting ready in the morning for running an extra mile
- You’re a victim of technology when you start downloading audio-books as an alternative to reading
- You’re in for a great day when it starts off with breakfast in bed…even if that means getting up to make it, and then getting back into bed
- If warm crusty bread, chocolate hazelnut spread, and a knife are placed in front of you, there’s no chance you’re going to stop after 1 bite…or 5 😉
- You have a That’s What She Said coming your way when you proclaim your love for nuts…I really do <3 almonds
- Your mom is cooler than you when she is more clued up about making jello shots
- That it is time to wash your hair when it carries 3 workouts worth of sweat 😳
- Your monthly hormones are in full throttle when burning your t-shirt while ironing makes you cry
- If you send a meal back at a restaurant, you’ll then be served a dish more palatable…orrr full of spit
What’s one thing “you just know”??

And I just know I’m going to be late for class this semester if I make a habit of reading blogs during my breaks! Haha loved this post, made me smile 🙂

You CRACK me up; seriously….your mama knows how to make jello shots?! I’ve made them once, and they actually turned out good (albeit WAYYYY too strong…had a few too many smashed friends in my apartment).

Lmao, I had the 3 lots of workout sweat hair too last week – triple hot mess! You just know it’s going to be a good day when you don’t feel the desperate need for caffeine in the morning!

I just know that if I don’t have my “alone” time for 30 or so minutes when I first wake up, well I am going to be one big biatchhh for awhile
There’s only one thing better than the nutella/bread combo….adding a layer of peanut butter to it :)! I need my alone time in the morning too, my family has learnt to not speak to me until i’ve had my tea!
Haha I love this list! Especially the one about your mom knowing how to make jello shots! You know you’re a runner when you would rather spend cash on new running pants than a new pair of jeans that you actually need.
