What can I say: I’m a sucker for organization!  Although my closet may contradict this, I hate things being out of place and I cannot function in a messy space.  For that reason alone, I’ve been meaning to tidy up my blog for ages.  For starters I’ve added a Favorite Posts page, where I’ve categorized my posts.  Whether you are looking for a post on food, exercise, weight loss, body image, or whatever, hopefully this addition will facilitate navigation.  Just for the record, flicking through over a year’s worth of posts is slightly time-consuming ;).  

On another note, if there is anything you would like to see more of, please let me know!  I want to start a Q&A section which I’m sure would be helpful to others.  So if there’s anything that you’ve been wondering about, please feel free to leave a question in the comments section or email me at icellness@gmail.com
