The latest diet celebs are going ga-ga over

When it comes to losing weight, I’m all for choosing any plan which works for you and that you can stick to in the long-term…whether it means counting points, cutting carbs, or drinking shakes. However I can’t help but have an opinion on some of these plans. Word on the street is that celebrities like Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon are now following the Baby Food Diet. It’s such a shame because of all celebrities, I always respected those two for having a healthy attitude towards their body, food and exercise. Instead they now eat 14 servings of baby food a day, including pureed sweet potatoes, and mixed vegetable with chicken…basically mush.

Normally it’s the mother who offers their kids a bite of their meals. Looks like the tables have turned. We are adults with teeth- LET’S EAT ADULT FOOD! I just can’t get my head around why anyone would voluntarily choose such plans which kill the pleasure, taste, and sensation of eating. This Baby Food Diet is just a twist on the concept of eating pre-packaged, portion-controlled foods to form a calorie deficit. Anyhow, each to their own. Just be sure to savour every mouthful- including any that falls on your bib.
