I too loved it so much that I wanted to make it. I used your recipe for the most part. The only modifications I made were- 1) I didn’t puree the tomato, garlic, onion, ginger mixture, 2) I added a little honey (maybe a tablespoon) because that’s what pret said they do, on their website, and 3) I left the spinach out. I prefer my spinach on the side. This dish is AMAZING. I can’t get enough. I’ve had leftovers for two days now at work. Thank you!
