Lol! You are such a healthy eater, i’m such a PIG when i eat on planes, i eat EVERYTHING and it’s usually greasy Indian food going to/from India. I stay entertained usually by watching lots of movies… sleep… and eventually I’ll land. It’s funny, a 19 hour journey will take me to India, and a 6.5 hour journey to London. I feel your pain, I cant’ handle flights more than 8 hours… it’s annoying.
